To run your program, you must first compile it using a FORTRAN
compiler.  The programs have been tested using Microsoft FORTRAN,
IBM FORTRAN, and IBM Professional FORTRAN compilers.

You should be familiar with the DOS reference manual and be able to
use common DOS commands.  You should also be familiar with the guide
to the compiler you are using.  You must make working diskettes from the
master compiler diskettes, as explained in the compiler manual, before
following the instructions in this program.

The program codes and operating files have been placed on drive C
(perhaps you noted that the filenames scrolled past the screen as this 
program began).

The first step to begin compiling is to remove the program codes disk from
drive A and replace it with the working disk containing the FORTRAN compiler
you are using.
