About the Author Roma Chadha is a Communications Specialist and a Consulting Trainer with leading Call Centers in India. She has trained and placed over 1500 people in customer service jobs across India and has trained them in building their Voice & Accent and Behavioral skills at the start of and during their Call Center careers. Ms Chadha has done her Bachelors with Honors in Psychology and French from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Angers, France and her Masters in Communications Management from University of Southern California, Los Angeles. She graduated in her bachelors program in Pennsylvania as Summa Cum Laude the highest academic honor. She started her training career during her sales job in the US where she conducted programs for new sales force in selling and behavioral skills. During her work in India for the past eight years, she has helped design training content for firms in the customer services industry, has conducted extensive Train the Trainer programs, and has given direction to various domestic and International Call Center firms to set up in-house training operations. |
