1. Appendices: Appendices A to W which serve as extended material for the chapters.A cross-referencing sheet linking chapters and appendices is also provided for easy refernce as also a sheet containing Names of Appendices.
2. Additional Chapters: Chapters 10 to 12 are provided in this folder.
3. Color figures: Some figures that need color representation for better understanding are given here. A line below the figure caption in Chapters 6 and 11 would help identify these figures.
4. Copyright: This file contains the copyright page for the CD material.
