Installing IBM WebSphere Application Server Standard Edition,

Hardware/Software Requirements:
- Pentium II or comparable processor or later
- Support for a communications adapter
- 75 MB of free disk space for product installation; plus 20 MB for installing
IBM HTTP Server
- 256 MB of memory (512 MB recommended)
- Display with 800x600 resolution (1024x768 recommended)
- CD-ROM drive
- Windows NT Server Version 4.0 with Service Pack (SP) 4
- IBM Java Development Kit n1.1.7p for Windows NT (the supported level is
included in the product package)
- A Web browser that supports HTML 4 and Cascading Style Sheets (such as Netscape
Navigator 4.07 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher)
- One of the following Web servers:
- IBM HTTP Server Version 1.3.6.2 (available with the WebSphere Application
Server package)
- Apache Server Version 1.3.6
- Domino Version 5.0
- Lotus Domino Go Webserver Version 4.6.2.5 or 4.6.2.6
- Microsoft Internet Information Server Version 4.0
- Netscape Enterprise Server Version 3.51 or Version 3.6
Installation:
- Read all applicable ReadMe and License Agreement
files
- Run the "x:\AppServer\setup.exe" program (where "x" is the drive
letter of this CD-ROM).
- Follow the instructions in the InstallShield windows.
