Creating a Table in Design View
Sometimes the Table Design Wizard doesn't offer a sample that fits your needs. In this case, you might want to design your table using Design View.
To create a table using Design view:
- Double-click Create table in Design view.
- Type the name of the first field.
- Press Tab.
- Press Tab again to accept text as the data type.
- Type a useful description of the field.
- Press Tab to go to the next field.
