Entering Records into a Table

To enter records in a table:

  1. Open the table in Datasheet View.
  2. Enter a new record by clicking the New Record button.
  3. Type or select the data in the first field of the record.
  4. Click Tab or Enter to start another new record.

Add a new record to the table by clicking the New Record button. Type or select the data you want in the first field. Press Tab to move to the next field. Continue entering data in the record. When you get to the last field for the record, press Tab to start another new record. Continue entering data in the same manner.
