Using the Page Wizard to Create a Data Access Page

To create a data access page using the Page Wizard:

  1. Double-click Create data access page by using wizard.
  2. Select the Table or Query to use as the basis for the Data Access page.
  3. Select the field or fields to include. Click Next.
  4. Add grouping levels. Click Next.
  5. Specify how you want the data sorted. Click Next.
  6. Add a name for your page.
  7. Pick the option for what you would like to do when the wizard is finished.
  8. Click Finish to end the wizard.

Start the Page Wizard by double-clicking Create data access page by using wizard. Select the table or query to use as the basis for the data access page, and select the field or fields to include. Add grouping levels if necessary. Next, specify how you want the data sorted. Add a name for the page and select Modify the page or Open the page. Click Finish to end the wizard.
