Network Configurations
The network's topology determines how data moves between nodes:
- Bus: all nodes can send data requests at the same time, sometimes resulting in collisions.
- Star: data requests are managed by a central hub or server, so there is no danger of data collision.
- Ring: data requests move from node-to-node in a prescribed circular path, so there is no danger of data collision.
