Setting Up the Sheet for Printing

To repeat rows and columns on every printed page:

  1. Click Page Setup... on the File menu.
  2. Click the Sheet tab.
  3. In the Rows to repeat at top: box, enter the range of rows you want to repeat.
  4. In the Columns to repeat at left: box, enter the range of columns you want to repeat.
  5. Click OK.

To repeat rows and columns on every printed page, first open the Page Setup dialog box and navigate to the Sheet tab. Next, enter the range of rows and columns that you want to repeat. To see what your printed worksheet will look like, click the Print Preview button.
