Creating Presentations Using the AutoContent Wizard
The AutoContent wizard takes you through creating a presentation step by step. This wizard allows you to determine the type of presentation you will create, how you will display your presentation, and allows you to enter basic data, such as the title of your presentation.
To create a presentation using the AutoContent wizard:
- Select New... from the File menu.
- Select From AutoContent Wizard from the New Presentation task pane.
- Click Next to begin entering your selections.
- Select the type of presentation you will be giving.
- Click Next to advance to the next screen.
- Select the option that best describes how you will display your presentation.
- Click Next to advance to the next screen.
- Enter any text that you want displayed on every slide.
- Click Next to advance to the next screen.
- Click Finish to accept your selections and create the presentation.
A wizard is series of step-by-step dialog boxes that lets you choose from template options. To navigate through the wizard, click the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of the dialog box. Click Cancel to exit the wizard without accepting your changes. Click Finish on any screen in the wizard to accept your choices and create the presentation.
