Editing Text on Slides

To edit text on a slide:

  1. Place your cursor on the slide where you want to make the changes.
  2. Type the text you want to add.
  3. Press the Delete key to remove text.
  4. Click outside the text placeholder to deselect it and view your changes.

PowerPoint makes it easy to edit text on a slide. First, click the placeholder where you want to make your changes. Now, you can add and delete text by typing on your keyboard. When you are finished, click outside the text placeholder to deselect it and view your changes.
