Adding Action Buttons to Slides

To add an action button to a slide:

  1. Click the AutoShapes button on the Drawing toolbar, point to Action Buttons, and select a button type.
  2. Click on the slide where you want the button.
  3. In the Action Settings dialog box, change the options to link to a slide, run a program, run a macro, perform an action, or play a sound.
  4. Click OK to apply the settings.

To add an action button to a slide, first click the AutoShapes button, point to Action Buttons, and click a button type. Click the area of the slide where you want the button to appear. In the Action Settings dialog box, change the options to modify how the button will behave. Click OK to apply the settings to the button.
