Saving a Document File with a New Name

You can save multiple copies of a document simply by giving the copies new names or by placing the copies in a different folder. (Typically, you'll want to give the document file a new name so that you don't get the document files mixed up.) To save a document file with a different name or in a different location, choose File | Save As. Then use the Save As dialog box to specify either a new filename or a new folder location. (This business of specifying either a new filename or a new folder location works the same way as it does when you originally specify a filename or folder location.)
