Printing the Speaker's Notes Along with Slide Images

Most people aren't very good at extemporizing , so they need speaker's notes to read from during a presentation. "Writing the Words on the Slides," in Chapter 17, describes how to enter speaker's notes. When you print the speaker's notes, you get one page for each slide in the presentation. At the top of the page is an image of the slide; at the bottom are your notes. Follow these steps to print the speaker's notes:

1.      From any view, choose File | Print. You see the Print dialog box shown in Figure 19-5.

2.      In the Print What drop-down list, choose Notes Pages.

3.      Click OK.

PowerPoint prints a copy of the slide at the top of the page and your notes at the bottom.
