You can create a map of a contact’s location using Outlook (provided you have a connection to the Internet). Here’s how you do it:
1. Open the contact entry, and then click the Display Map Of Address button.
2. Outlook connects to the Internet and opens Expedia Maps in Internet Explorer as shown in the following illustration:
3. Use the Zoom Level and Map Mover buttons to control the zoom and position of your map.
4. To print the map, click the Print link, and then click the Print button in Internet Explorer.
