Outlook makes it pretty easy to send a file along with a message. As shown in Figure 20-5, all you have to do is click the Insert File button (the paper clip) on the Standard toolbar. You see the Insert File dialog box. Find and click the file you want to send along with your message, and then click OK. As the figure shows, a file icon appears in the Message window. You can send as many files as you want this way. When you send the e-mail message, the file is sent right along with it.
CAUTION: You can't send a file if you move it to a different folder after you insert it in a message. If you move the file, Outlook won't know where to find it when it comes time to deliver the message.
