HOW TO USE THIS CD-ROM ====================== Insert the CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. A starting menu should appear automatically. If this menu does not appear, double-click StartCD.exe. INSTALLING THE PRACTICE FILES ============================= 1. Insert the CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. A starting menu should appear automatically. 2. Click Install Practice Files. 3. Follow the instructions that appear. OR 1. Open the Setup folder on the CD-ROM. 2. Double-click Setup.exe. 3. Follow the instructions that appear. UNINSTALLING THE PRACTICE FILES =============================== 1. On the Windows taskbar, click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs. The Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box appears. 3. In the list of installed programs, click Microsoft Windows XP SBS Files, and then click Add/Remove or Change/Remove. A confirmation message appears. 4. Click Yes. The practice files are uninstalled. 5. Close the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box. 6. Close the Control Panel window. TROUBLESHOOTING =============== Long filenames on CD-ROM ------------------------- Older, 16-bit CD-ROM drivers may not recognize long filenames on this CD-ROM. If you experience problems viewing all of the files on this CD-ROM, contact your CD-ROM drive manufacturer for an updated driver. Resetting Read-Only Flag ------------------------ If you manually copy files from the CD-ROM to your hard drive, the Read-Only flag may be checked. To save any changes made to these files, clear the Read-Only flag in the Properties dialog box. To open the Properties dialog box, right-click a file and click Properties on the shortcut menu.
